Lingstar Learning was created by Barbara Ling, a mom of 4 children including stepkids. An online entrepreneur since 1996 and an Internet veteran since 1988, she has provided top-rated training materials and seminars for the business industry in a number of fields.

Now that her children are growing by leaps and bounds, she has turned her focus to the art of learning. By teaching each child new ideas, she has seen how everyone has their own 'best practices' to master new material. And thus, Lingstar Learning was born.
